Beauty

It is the last day of winter today. We are all eager for the arrival of spring, but I must say that I enjoyed winter more than I have since I was a child.

Of course there are difficult things about winter. It isn't so fun driving home in a snowstorm. It is painful to be walking home at night in a 40-below wind chill, but there is also exquisite beauty to be found in this cold time of year.
